Equilibrium™ is specially formulated to establish the ideal mineral content for a thriving planted aquarium. Free from sodium and chloride, it promotes stability in carbonate hardness critical for plant health. Unlike rivals, Equilibrium™ excludes sodium chloride, which can hinder plant growth. Its calcium, magnesium, and potassium salts support fish metabolism and enhance plant vitality.
Directions
To increase mineral content/general hardness (GH) by 1 meq/L (3 dH), add 16 g (1 tablespoon) per 80 L (20 US gallons) during setup or water changes. For best results, dissolve in 1 L (1 qt.) of water before adding to the aquarium. Equilibrium™ may cause a temporary haze that dissipates in 15–30 minutes. Avoid using when replenishing evaporated water. Tailor dosing based on water hardness. Aiming for 1–2 meq/L (3–6 dH) is ideal. Equilibrium™ maintains effectiveness over time.
